HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production and shipping of your items. Most orders will be delivered within the 2 week window, but please allow additional time in transit for delivery. We strive to provide you with prompt fulfillment and the highest quality possible.
WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of most products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. If you receive damaged goods, or the incorrect size/item that you ordered, please email us at orders@augury.shop with your name and order number, so that we can do our best to resolve your issue. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Please note, there is a 5 day period upon receipt of the product to contact us about any defects or incorrect items.
WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY ISSUES?

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CLOTHES?
We recommend washing with cold water, with the garment inside out, which will decrease the chance of the clothes shrinking, wrinkling, or fading. When drying, hang dry or the gentle cycle with low heat. This will increase the life of your garment's fabric as well as the print. If you desire a more faded, vintage look – hang dry your garment outdoors in the sun light to naturally fade the fabric and print.
WHY DO MY CLOTHES HAVE A SLIGHT VINEGAR SCENT?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie, you may sometimes notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, this is not unusual—it's from the fixation agent applied during the Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing process, and is not permanent. The fixation agent (pretreatment) is used for all DTG printing across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is to allow the scent to dissipate naturally, or to simply wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both will be gone after one wash.
